NAMI Family Support Group | In-Person & Online

NAMI Family Support Group is a  free, peer-led support group for adult family members, caregivers, friends, and loved ones of individuals living with mental health conditions.  Participants learn from one another’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer mutual encouragement.  Meetings are facilitated by NAMI trained individuals with lived experience who use a structured support group model to connect with each other.

Join with others throughout the region for our unique hybrid NAMI Family Support Group.  Simultaneously we meet In-person and via Zoom every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:00-7:30 pm at the following locations:

• In Ashland, upstairs at Peace house- 543 South Mountain Avenue, Ashland  97520
• In Medford, at Compass House- 37 North Ivy Street, Medford  97501
• On Zoom-  Register in advance for this meeting here.  After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information regarding how to join the meeting.
