For our growers and artisans, farming and crafting are more than just professions—they’re a way of life. For our customers, it’s a sensory celebration as they wander through the market. The air is filled with the fragrant notes of spicy petunias, roses, rosemary, thyme, and lavender. You’ll find the sweetness of fresh peaches, the juiciness of ripe tomatoes, the rich aroma of brewing coffee, and the tempting sizzle of donuts frying. Handcrafted wind chimes, fragrant soaps, fresh eggs, specialty breads, decadent cakes, pies, honey, and organic beef add to the market’s charm. We also feature a variety of artisans, with works in silver, oils, stained glass, tapestries, yarn, and wood.
Our vendors travel from all corners of Southern Oregon, including Medford, Butte Falls, Winston, Canyonville, Gold Hill, Roseburg, Ashland, the Illinois Valley, and even the Oregon Coast, bringing their goods to the market.
Since its founding in 1980, the Grants Pass Growers Market has been a Saturday morning tradition, offering a diverse array of locally grown fruits, vegetables, plants, baked goods, specialty foods, and gourmet herbs and seasonings. As the oldest and largest outdoor farmers market in Southern Oregon, it has played a pivotal role in connecting farmers directly with their customers, supporting the community, and fostering local agricultural success.
