NAMI Connection Support Group | In-Person & Online

NAMI Connection is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental health conditions.  Participants learn from one another’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer mutual encouragement.  Meetings are facilitated by NAMI trained individuals living in recovery who use a structured support group model to connect with each other.  The group offers:

• a safe and judgment-free environment
• respect, hope, and emotional support
• open discussions and guided conversations
• friendship and understanding

Join with others on Mondays from 5:30- 7:00 pm
